Alex is by far the most trustworthy mechanic in Ottawa. I remember the first time I drove my car to his garage. All I knew was that my car was making a lot of noise and my breaks were making even more noise. He took me in right away and looked at my car. When he quoted the price of the repairs, I almost passed out. Lol. Alex told me at the time not to worry about it, lets just fix your car and we\'ll worry about payment later. That was 10 years ago.
Since then, I have purchased 2 cars, my sons have purchased cars and my husband just recently purchased a car.
The service is incredible, and his work is guaranteed. You will never be disappointed.

Amazing service! I\'ve been here 3 times now and the owner and his team are exceptional at what they do. The first time I went, the owner had everything set up with my warranty to make sure I spent as less as needed. The team was polite, friendly and honest. I went again yesterday and was shown exactly what my issues were and what needed fixing and Alex eeven stayed longer after hours to finish the job. They have won themselves a lifetime client and I will ne happy to recommend to everyone and anyone. Having had such bad experiences elsewhere, I can\'t begin to express how grateful and relieved I was to find these guys who saved my vehicle. Thank you guys!!!!

You wont find a shop like this anywhere in town. They are honest, the prices are very reasonable and most importantly the customer service goes far beyond any other place I have ever been. I would definitley recomend this place to everyone looking for a good garage.

The best garage in town! Seriously...these people really know their stuff, I went to 3 garages before finding this garage. They immediately knew what the problem was and didn\'t charge me the ridiculous amounts the other garages charged. Clean, professional and precise. Excellent customer service. I have been a loyal customer for many many many years. I just recently had a major breakdown on my vehicle, and once again, the staff went far beyond the call of duty in getting me back on the road. I would and continue to recommend the service, prices and atmosphere that is provided at Precision. A shop like this, is few and far between, and I guarantee you will definitely not be disappointed.
