1. Written estimates will not exceed 10% of the written value.
2. We vow to give you proper diagnostics and professional opinion on work required.
3. We will provide a warranty covering the effectiveness of the repair of renewed parts or components under normal operating conditions for a period of 12 months or 20,000kms which ever occurs first. If, due to the age or condition of the vehicle, there is risk that the repair may not be fully satisfactory. The client will be advised accordingly.
4. All parts will be provided upon request by client unless core is required.
5. We will try to solve all complaints in house to the best of our ability.
6. We vow to treat each client with the utmost respect, equality and dignity.
CAR CARE TIPS Timing Belt
Timing Belt synnchronizes the motion of valves and pistons,Timing Belt should be replaced at manufactures recomended mileage to avoid costly repair. A broken timing belt can cause internal engine damage which could be very costly . It is recomended to change related parts when replacing Timing Belt for example you should replace : Water Pump , Idler , Tensioner , Pulleys.
